technology to keep us at the cutting edge. We have just invested
£120k of our profits in new studios in downtown Belfast which
include two air-conditioned edit suites with full HD grading
facilities and uncompressed broadcast DigiBeta & HD
play-in/out.
Our edit suites are fully loaded with the leading industry software and are built on a Final Cut Pro framework. They are all HD ready.
All of the production staff use high end workstations which are all connected to our high speed server, built on a number of lightning fast RAID systems with over 24 Terrabytes of storage, which means that we can handle the largest, most complex projects around. We can accept any raw footage - DV, DVCAM, DigiBeta, HD, Film straight into our edit suites. We own all our own equipment.

We
shoot on all formats - DigiBeta, HD, 16mm and 35mm and have much
experience in all of them, choosing the right approach for each
brief and budget. For those on a restricted budget, we own a full
HDV kit with lenses, full director and client monitor previews,
grip and lighting equipment.

animators are the best around. Period. We know this, because we
searched far and wide to find them - and literally brought them
together from the corners of the earth. Using 3D Max, Maya,
Combustion + After effects, we can make the unbelievable
believable, whether it's recrerating a crime scene, a glitzy
programme opener, commercial or complex scientific animation to
illustrate a process.

production office facilities. We can provide a crew of 2 to 50 at
short notice and have contacts for everyone - from model makers to
makeup, pyrotechnicians to a full range of acting talent.
We believe in first class service and will stringently manage each project and keep you, our client up-to-date on progress and milestones. We look after the full production - paperwork, paying crews, support staff, contributor agreements.
We use our unique,secure online project managament system to keep in constant contact with our clients. Because we handle many very large, sprawling projects, with many stakeholders involved, it's essential that everyone is kept up-to-date. It’s designed to show everyone how the production is moving along – clients leave messages, upload files, scripts, agree changes, and everything is tracked - online - and can be viewed on any computer anywhere in the world.
We also see your job through onto the final medium - whether it's supplying your commercial on DigiBeta with TX tapes, digital delivery via adstream, your title sequence as uncompressed video for your edit suite or 50,000 copies of your corporate DVD. We have favourable rates with our repro house suppliers and can often negotiate a better deal with them - and of course removing the hassle - and risk - to you dealing directly with them. We have an in-house DVD duplication facility to handle short DVD runs. instantly.
Your work is safe with us. We have installed a secure 14 Terrabyte archive server with full RAID 6 redundancy to ensure that your archive resides in the safest of places. We don't use unreliable DVDs which have a very short shelf life.

At the end of the day - anyone can own equipment - but it's what we do with ours that makes us different. Our editors are fantastically talented and have a great eye for storyttelling, continuity, composition and colour.
We grade and balance each project manually, colouring each set of pictures to create the most beautiful footage possible.
